Which is Better For You: Fish Oil or Krill Oil?

However, this study is limited, and no other research has proven that one is preferable to the other.
If you consider price as a vital factor then it’s better to go for Fish oil. But if you are confined to the limited researches about Krill oil and money is not a crucial factor then you can go for Krill oil.
